The Blood Moons are well known to be rather ruthless. Their theories are simple. This is a world for living and breathing creatures. Humans created AI's. They should know their place. A clan on the human side of the war. Their home was once the tourist district. Hotels and shops... Now it's ruin. Currently led by Jareth.

| Rickshaw Territory
Once upon a time this land was an industrial zone. Mostly warehouses and old factories long since forgotten. Since the downfall of the Rickshaw it has been mostly barren and empty but for neutrals. Rumor has it that the Blood Moons and Silver Talons have both been circling the land. Free Territory.

Very few humans would dare roam into this territory. Mostly inhabited by AI's the robotic creatures are not exactly partial to anything biological. They are currently aggressively at war with the Blood Moon. They're also attempting to claim the old Rickshaw Territory for it's resources.

The strongest group of Inspiron City. The name of Elite is feared among all those who live above ground. Their tunnels extend throughout the city but all know that the part of town with the old military base and hospitals are controlled by the Elite. No one dares go to close to that old base. The Elite are those who decided to move underground and hide just before the explosions. They are well stocked... Well prepared... They also feel that anything that still lives above ground and has been mutated should be destroyed. Currently led by General Westborne

After the first blast there certainly wasn't much left, especially in the zone of Inspiron City that took the hardest hit. Very little survived in this area. It is a dark place where packs of wild dogs and the random animal escaped from the local zoo roam free... It's a dangerous place... One wouldn't suggest wandering there... Day or night...
